Tiffany Lighting Company Delivery

The Tiffany Lighting Company has a policy of only displaying products which we hold in stock in our own warehouse so we can adhere to the delivery time frame as stated below.

How does delivery with DPD work?

Our orders are shipped via DPD under their standard terms and conditions of carriage.

  1. Please add your email address / mobile number when you place your order online.
  2. Once your order has been dispatched by us, DPD will contact you and give you many options and you will be able to choose where and which day you would like your parcel delivered.
  3. On the day of delivery you will be given a one hour window, so that you are not waiting all day for your delivery.
  4. The parcel will come to you on the day you organised and WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE. Please ensure you are available to sign and receive the parcel.
  5. However, if you have chosen DPD leave in a SAFE PLACE delivery option, and once the parcel has been delivered to your chosen safe place – you are then RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEM IF LOST.

Please note:
We don't deliver on weekends and Bank holidays.
We don't deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will not be processed by us until the following Monday.

Delivery options:

Next Working Day Delivery to UK Mainland Only - £9.99 (exceptions do exist please check below)

  • We can deliver by the end of the next working day, if your order is placed Monday to Thursday by 1pm.
  • If you order on a Friday by 1pm, you will receive your parcel by the end of the working day on the following Monday.

Free Delivery to UK Mainland (exceptions do exist please check below)

  • Scotland (PA,PH,IV,KW) & Scottish Islands & Highlands, £4.99
  • Northern Ireland, £9.99
  • Isle of Man, £9.99

Delivery to UK Mainland will take between 2-4 working days, apart from areas listed below:

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands,  Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Scotland Postcode (PA, PH, IV, KW) will take 2-5 working days.

Unsuccessful Delivery

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt a card will be left at the specified delivery address with contact details for your local depot.
Please follow the instructions provided to reschedule your delivery:

  • Go onto and use your parcel number which will have been emailed to you by DPD and rearrange delivery.

Our lamps are packed in a box with specialised polyfoam that is cut out in the shape of the lamp to ensure it arrives to you safely and in impeccable condition.
